What time is curfew in Batavia?
Persons under the age of 17 years must be home by 11:00 p.m. Sunday thru Thursday and 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday. The City of Batavia's curfew ordinance is the same as that of the State of Illinois. Please note that there is a new State curfew for teen drivers ages 16 & 17, which became effective January 1, 2008. A nighttime driving restriction is in place Sunday thru Thursday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
