The Home Safety Survey is a free and voluntary service available to Batavia residents and those served by the Batavia Fire Protection District. During the survey, department personnel will conduct a home walk-through to assess safety features, including evacuation plans, smoke detectors, and electrical safety, among other areas.

After the assessment, you will receive a checklist highlighting the items reviewed, allowing you to address any identified concerns.
