About the proposed program
TAP is a proposed communitywide telehealth program that would provide access to Illinois-licensed medical professionals by text for routine, nonemergency medical needs.
The program remains a proposal. The Batavia City Council has not approved the program, entered into a contract with TAP or authorized a charge on utility bills.
Residents and business owners can learn more about the proposal, review frequently asked questions, view materials from the Sept. 24 information session, and ask questions or provide feedback at bataviail.gov/TAP.
